"The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation. He is my stronghold, my refuge and my savior - from violent people you save me,"

~ 2 Samuel 22:2-3

Hello Four,

With many recent blessings and more on the horizon for the ministry, we are very grateful for the Lord's providence and protection. God's hands are evident as we look forward to the marriage of one of our missionaries, have completed another session of the Pastor Training Program, continue to see the spiritual growth taking place at Abaana's Hope, and celebrate the opening of a new thrift store in Opelika. The cry of gratitude in 2 Samuel 22:2-3 reminds us that it is only through God's sovereignty that we are able to have these blessings. We must continue to take refuge in the Lord and carry a shield of faith in Him. The Lord has delivered Four Corners Ministries through many tough seasons. Those challenges have been a constant reminder to place our faith in the Lord's firm foundation, for He alone will deliver us from iniquity. These verses serve as a reminder to glorify God with thanksgiving for His protection over us.

Please pray as the ministry continues community outreach at Abaana's Hope as well as stateside at our thrift stores. Pray for our thrift store employees, that they are given the boldness to spread the gospel to the people God has placed in their path. Pray for the Lord to bring comfort to our missionaries as they prepare for life changes alongside ministry work. Pray for diligence for the trainers and students in the Pastor Training Center. Pray for continuous spiritual growth amongst the security team at Abaana's Hope. May the Lord continue to bless and guide them. And pray for steadfastness within the ministry, so that we are reminded of God's protection and all He has provided.

Until all have heard,

An Update on Pastor Training

The Pastor Training Center has concluded its May session on Biblical church planting. We are so grateful for God allowing pastors from our first cohort to return as lead trainers. It is a blessing to see African pastors training one another on how to build up strong churches for the glory of God. We are also grateful for the staff from Training Leaders International and Dr. Nathaniel Pearce for leading the May session.

Please join us in prayer for our 81 students as they prepare to graduate the Pastor Training Program this September.

FCM Intern

We are so excited to have Rachel West working with us this summer in the Four Corners Office! Rachel has lived in Uganda with her family and returns yearly with her mother, Holly West. Rachel is currently a senior at Auburn University, earning a degree in media studies and creative writing. She has a passion for sharing God stories, and through her summer internship, she will have the opportunity to do this and more. Please pray for Rachel as she pursues God's plan for her life. Please also pray for traveling mercies as she makes a trip to Abaana's Hope next week!

Be on the look out for Rachel's first spotlight article featuring Brenda Frye, the assistant manager at the Four Corners Roanoke Thrift Store.

Message from the Security Team

“Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! My name is Omony Denish (Bomb). I'm currently working as one of the security guards in the security team at Abaanas Hope. I am married with four children and my wife’s name is Ajok Brenda. My major job in the ministry here as a security, is to take care of the employees and the ministry properties at Abaanas Hope.

As a security team, we have Bible study every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m., which is helping us grow spiritually through the study of God’s words. On behalf of the security team, I would like to sincerely thank all the donors and all those who are supporting and partnering with this ministry for their tremendous efforts to raise resources for the gospel to reach all the corners of the Earth. We are seeing the fruits of your labor here, as many lives are getting transformed in the community by the gospel proclaimed. May God continue to use them for His Glory. (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Prayer Request: May God continue to use the donors, sponsors and all those who are partnering with this ministry to continue supporting the ministry here for His Glory.”

Until all have heard,

Omony Densih
