Join the BHBA Art Law Section for an in-depth look at the fair use defense in recent AI litigation and changes in applications of fair use in light of the Supreme Court's 2023 decision in Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. v. Goldsmith and the pre-publication version of the Copyright Office's report, released in May 2025, on copyright and generative AI training. The Art Law section is chaired by Sarah Odenkirk.
