While the laws of supply and demand have led to a stable multifamily market in Chicago in 2024, certain property types are higher on investor wish lists. One such property is The Bel in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, the $12 million sale of which Taylor Johnson helped promote for client Interra Realty.
