SEPTEMBER 25, 2026

JHCS Families,

We thank you for your understanding in our decision to cancel school today in light of the Town of Jackson's emergency alert. While we hope never to have to cancel classes, we made this decision carefully and intentionally, with our community's safety top of mind. We remind you to visit the Town of Jackson website for complete information and guidance on the boil advisory and water safety.

We are planning for school on Monday, following a Friday schedule in both the middle and upper schools, but will write on Sunday to confirm that plan given the waiting period on water testing.

Below, we share a few items and a list of important upcoming events by division. We will share more detailed information on some of these events next week.

Enjoy the weekend!

Wyoming ESA: An Update from the Business Office

Families, we continue to receive ESA funds in batches and post those funds to your Grizzlink tuition accounts as soon as they are received by the school.

You may have received an email notification when your credits were posted to your ESA account in Odyssey. Please note that while you are free to choose any education or marketplace provider of your choice when determining how to allocate your ESA funds, you MUST log into Odyssey, go into the Wallet, and elect where your funds will go. Here is the link to your Wallet. Please contact our CFO, Ian Miller (imiller@jhcschool.org), if you need guidance with this process.

Wilson Shuttle: Stilson Lot to/from JHCS

JHCS is still considering whether we might be able to offer a Wilson Shuttle, pending interest from our families and finding a driver(s). If you would be interested in your student using the shuttle, or know someone who might be interested in driving, please use this last opportunity to complete the Shuttle Survey via THIS FORM no later than Monday, September 28. Thank you!
