In a bid to deliver 4 million square feet of industrial space to one of Phoenix’s hottest submarkets, Taylor Johnson client CRG recently announced the acquisition of a 268-acre parcel in Mesa, Ariz. The area is chock full of high-tech industrial users, but older industrial inventory is geared towards smaller operators, making the location ripe for new, large-scale industrial development. We knew CRG’s plans to build the largest master-planned, development-ready industrial park in Phoenix’s booming southeast valley would capture interest from the media, so we pitched the Phoenix Business Journal, which resulted in this feature.
