TRAVEL TIP OF THE MONTH

A funny thing happened the last time I saw a bunch of white vans in a parking lot and kids scrambling to get in the correct van. I noticed that the vans had DOOR SIGNS on the side and back door of each van. What a great idea! Can't afford to buy signs, try window markers, bandanas on the antennae, etc.

MINISTRY MOMENT - TAKING CARE OF YOU

For some, it's a new budget year. Have you looked at what Conference YOU will attend this year to take care of YOU? Healthy people take their spouses with them on these trips and extend the stay a few days, while Volunteers man the ship back at church. Let us know how we can help.

BOOKING YOUR BUS ONLINE IS LIKE...

RELATIONSHIPS ARE KEY

I was reminded this week of the importance of building relationships with clients when I heard these comments from summer group leaders:

"just a quick note to let you know that our youth had an incredible trip and I am so appreciative of Summit Quest. You made one of the most stressful parts of traveling with a big group easy and straightforward. I will definitely reach out again. Thank you!"

INSURE MY TRIP

Can I buy TRAVEL INSURANCE for my whole group or just let individuals purchase it? BOTH, email me for options, but we are currently recommending individuals buy it (less hassle for group leaders). Click the link above to comparison shop policies and options.

How much does it cost and do I really need it? In general, you should expect a plan will cost anywhere from 4%-10% of your total pre-paid, non-refundable trip cost. For example, if you purchased a trip with a total cost of $5,000, travel insurance policies available to you will likely range in price from $250-$500, depending on variables.
