Greetings!
This week, Humane PA turned 19!
In October 2007, shortly after watching powerful lobbyists defeat a bill to end live pigeon shoots, we set out to build something animals desperately needed: their own political voice.
We had a dream of a Pennsylvania where compassion for animals carried real political power; where the people who care about them could help pass stronger protections, stop harmful bills from becoming law, and elect lawmakers who would stand up for animals.
That dream still drives us. And you help make it possible.
Every vote, every call to a legislator, every donation makes animal protection more difficult for lawmakers to ignore. But the fight that inspired our founding constantly reminds us how much work remains.
To mark our 19th anniversary, our founder will match donations up to $1,000. Give $9, $19, or whatever you can to help turn compassion into the political power animals need.
Thank you for believing in this work and helping to build a more humane Pennsylvania.
Please make an anniversary gift which will be matched by our Founder.
Thank you.
