Help Secure Local Cookie Booths,

and Get an Extra Pick!

Cookie season is better when booths are close to home — and you can help make that happen. Volunteers who assist in securing local cookie booth locations help increase booth availability in their communities, making it easier for troops to participate and reach their goals.

What’s in it for your troop?

Every troop that helps secure at least one local booth location will receive an additional booth pick before the booth lottery begins.

Helping secure booths means:

• More local booth options
• Less travel time for families
• More flexibility during booth season
• A head start before the lottery

Without volunteers helping in their local areas, booth availability will be very limited.

If you’re willing to help secure a booth location, or already have a great community connection, please contact your local CPM.

Thank you for supporting your community and helping set your troop up for a successful cookie season!

From One Troop to the Next, The Promise Continues

Lauren Todd, Board Chair of Girl Scouts of Gateway Council, began her Girl Scout journey in a troop like yours. From campouts and service projects to earning the Gold Award, those experiences shaped who she became and inspired her to continue giving back.

In her blog post, Lauren reflects on the volunteers and leaders who made her journey possible and how she’s now watching her own daughter begin her Girl Scout story.

This is a reminder that the time, care, and heart you give to girls today creates impact that lasts for generations.

Girl Scouts can honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day through service projects, learning activities, and civic engagement, focusing on his ideals of justice, equality and community betterment making it a "Day On, Not a Day Off" for positive impact. "Do a Good Turn" by focusing on small acts of kindness, as Dr. King noted, could brighten someone's day.

Strong Girls. Strong Minds. Mental Health Summit

Join us for the 2026 Strong Girls. Strong Minds. Mental Health Summit, sponsored by HCA Florida Hospital, on April 18, 2026. This is an opportunity for girls and adults to come together to learn more about mental health, including how bullying can affect emotional well-being, from experts in a fun, supportive, and uplifting environment.

This event is free to all girls, even if you’re not a Girl Scout, Kindergarten to 12th grade. Attendees will receive a patch and a t-shirt.

Registration is required for attendance even when there is no cost to attend. This is for us to ensure we have correct information on the roster for the program partner and maintain girl-adult ratio for safety which is our top priority.
