Combined Properties is excited to announce the signing of
KPOT Korean BBQ and Big Papi's Tacos at South Alex®!
South Alex®, the brand-new mixed-use project in Alexandria from Combined Properties, will welcome two new restaurants: KPOT Korean BBQ and Big Papi's Tacos.
KPOT is a Korean BBQ and hot pot concept with dozens of locations across the US. Blending traditional hot pot cuisine with Korean flavors, the restaurant will bring together both food adventurers and social eaters. KPOT will occupy over 8,800 SF.
Big Papi's Tacos is a street taco concept that uses the finest ingredients to bring real, good tacos to a street near you. The restaurant will occupy the 2,700 SF endcap space in the center.
Combined Properties would like to thank Austin Hersh and Sebastian Restifo with H&R Retail who represented the landlord on the deal. Queenie Ma from Grace Realty Company represented KPOT and Alex Shearer from KLNB represented Big Papi's.
The tenants join Aldi, INOVA, Inspire Nails, and PJ's Coffee in the new project.
