Infrastructure Program 2025

Village Board Approved Construction Contract

At the June 17 Village Board meeting, the Board formally awarded the 2025 Infrastructure Program to Bolder Contractors, the lowest responsible bidder for the project. Bolder completed work in the Village during the 2024 Infrastructure Program and is returning this year to continue delivering high-quality improvements to our roadways, water mains, and sewers.

Chastain Engineering will serve as the construction oversight team for the project, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standard and in line with project specifications.

Construction is anticipated to begin next week, following a preconstruction planning meeting. We will continue to share updates and timelines through this newsletter and the village website to keep you informed.

If you have any questions about the 2025 Infrastructure Program, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Public Works Department at (847) 675-0888 or publicworks@lwd.org
