1.)   “Developing an Understanding of Bias in Early Learning” Professional Development  Opportunity – Register for a session
Tracy Collins, one of our presenters from Early Learning Development Day, is returning this May to present her “Developing an Understanding of Bias in Early Learning” training. This is open to ALL Early Learning staff on your team and is free. For Licensed Staff this will be eligible for 4 STARS hours. Each training is 4 hours long split between two virtual sessions. There is a Wednesday evening session (May 4th and 18th from 6:15pm – 8:15pm) and Saturday morning session (May 14th and 21st from 9:00am -11:00am).  Please see link below to register for this opportunity. Zoom links will be sent to registered participants prior to the sessions.

2.)   Allelu Catholic Early Learning Faith Formation Series Webinar Recording
Allelu is a Catholic Early Learning Faith Formation series. Last Thursday Allelu Representatives facilitated a Webinar and answered questions about the program. Below is the link to the recording of the Webinar. If you have any questions or would like to get samples of the program after watching the recording please reach out to Carlos Proano at cproano@osv.com.

3.)   April Early Learning Roundtable: Literacy Programming Recording
Our April Early Learning Roundtable was spent talking about how you implement bringing Literacy Programming into your classroom. The hope for these roundtables is for you to share what you do at your program and then get great ideas from what others are doing. Please see the link below for the Recording of the Roundtable. I also recognize that not everyone can make it to the roundtables so I have created a google sheet for you to ideas about your classroom. The google sheet has the following tabs: Share 1 idea about how you bring Math into your classroom, Share 1 idea about how you bring Literacy into your classroom, a Literary List to share some of your favorite books in your classroom. Thank you for taking a few minutes to fill out the tabs.

4.)   Task Force to Discuss Future In-Person Gatherings
As we look to the future my hope is that we have the opportunity to have Early Learning Leaders come together in person a couple of times a year to continue to move our work forward, to connect and have conversation and to share. I am hoping that a few of you might be interested in joining a task force to discuss those ideas. The time commitment would be two different meetings (each about one hour). Please email me if interested!

Thank you and have a great week!
