3x Match Thank you!

Because of you, and the spark and gift of a generous donor who made a 3x match possible, we didn’t just meet a need… we hit the gas and made it happen. Meet our new farm truck...Thunder!

This isn’t just a vehicle, it’s Thunder on wheels, hauling harvests, powering our work, and helping us reach more people with fresh, nourishing food. That one act of generosity turned every gift into something bigger, louder, and more powerful, fueling real, tangible impact across the farm.

You didn’t just help us get a truck, you helped us build momentum, strength, and a future that keeps moving forward. Thank you!

Let the Planning & the Planting Begin!

Nora and Jim have been busy planning the fields, planting, and preparing each row for what’s to come. From early-morning mapping of crops to getting seeds and seedlings into the soil, their work is both thoughtful and hands-on. You’ll find them side by side in the fields, checking beds, adjusting plans to the weather, and making sure everything is set up for a strong, healthy season. Stay tuned for a market opening date! I PROMISE I will be letting everyone know!

Hike: Kittatiny Point to Camp Mohegan

Want to get outside and get moving?

Join the Relay Event to celebrate AMC's 150th Anniversary! This will be a hike in New Jersey from the Kittatiny Point Visitor Center in beautiful Delaware Water Gap to AMC's Camp Mohican. We will start by hiking the Appalachian Trail, first on the I-80 bridge out to the NJ/PA state line and then back to the parking area and walk under I-80 and start up the mountain on the AT . After a short distance, we will veer off onto the Dunnfield Creek Trail which we will follow to the Sunfish Pond Fire Road, after which we will walk the Buckwood Trail to a beautiful overlook of Sunfish Pond for our lunch stop. After lunch, we will continue on the Buckwood Trail to its end where we will once again join the Appalachian Trail and hike NOBO along the ridge with beautiful views both south and north and pass Racoon Ridge, a bird watcher's paradise. We will continue along the ridge until finally descending into Mohican Road, where we will join in the festivities being held at AMC's Camp Mohican.

NJ Highlands!

Guess who is on the NJ Highlands Website!

A protected landscape of rolling hills, forests, farms, and history, all just 40 miles west of Manhattan. Spanning seven counties of forest, farmland, and freshwater, the New Jersey Highlands region reveals a side of the state that feels untouched and entirely unexpected. Here, you’ll find mountain trails, Revolutionary history, farms and produce stands, and small towns that welcome you like an old friend.

Thank you so much to NJ Highlands for allowing us to be a part of something so special.

Ethos Farm to Health was established as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit in 2021 to address the interconnected nature of how agriculture affects human health, planetary health, and our relationship with nature. We do so by producing truly nourishing food to feed our community, restoring the land, all while cultivating and empowering a new generation of farmers and doctors through our hands-on educational programming.
