In a relatively rare move, the House Judiciary Committee Chairman will allow public testimony on Senate Bills 1 and 858 which have already passed in the Senate and crossed over to the House.
This is actually good news beyond the opportunity to voice our opposition to Senate Bill 1 which never had a "real" hearing in the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee. And a second opportunity to oppose SB 858 which compromises citizens' ability to defend themselves in their homes.
See the information below on hearing schedules and links to submit testimony if you cannot appear in person.
We need you to once again raise your voices to defend your Constitutional Rights!
