This course is designed to teach Real Estate Professionals the basics and the benefits of incorporating 1031 exchange knowledge into their businesses, how to guide clients on basic 1031 exchange concepts, and know alternative solutions in the market.

This course has three parts:
1) An overview of fundamental 1031 exchange concepts.

2) A discussion on situations and scenarios a real estate professional may relate to or identify, ways to use 1031 exchanges personally or professionally.

3) Details on how the different investment choices available for 1031 exchanges
