Hello Barb, Welcome back to APR's monthly newsletter.

Have you been thinking about adopting a pet but aren't sure where to start?

We get it - adopting is a big decision. At Abandoned Pet Rescue, our goal is to match you with the perfect furry companion and make your adoption journey go smoothly.

Here’s how it works:

1. Find Your Match

Browse our available cats and dogs here or visit the shelter to walk through our kennels and spend time in our free-roam cat rooms.

2. Apply Online

Even if you’re not sure which pet is the best fit, submit an adoption application to start the process. Our adoption counselors will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet to help you find your perfect match.

3. Meet Your Match

Spend time with potential pets and get guidance from our adoption counselors.

4. Take Them Home!

Once approved, you’ll finalize the adoption and welcome your new pet home. This is the start of a lifetime of love and companionship.

Fiona is a wiggly, 55lb cuddlebug who loves giving kisses! In her foster home, she's mellow, well-behaved, potty trained and crate trained. She's funny and goofy and loves being around people. Fiona is happy to go on adventures like boat rides and beach days or curl up on the couch for a movie. Fiona is great with kids and as the only pet, she can be queen of the household!

APR Volunteer Neighborhood Clean Up
