Barber Provisional Supplemental Rules

Important Info

Lots of critical information below - please read in it's entirety

Rental RVs

Rental RVs may only be dropped off after 2:00 load-in time on Thursday, to avoid waiting it might be best for your RV delivery to arrive around 3:00 PM

ALL Rental RVs must have the name and phone number of the OWNER displayed on the outside of the RV at all times (this is a 2026 Barber Rule)

All Rental RVs must be picked up no later than 7:00 PM on Sunday Mar. 1, 2026 or fees will be applied (this is a 2026 Barber Rule)

Dyno Hours

Dyno hours will be Friday - Sunday 8AM-7PM.

Strict 7:00 PM cutoff due to county sound ordinance

Load-in

Load in is currently scheduled for 6-7PM Thursday. Staging Lot opens at 8AM for credentials/tech/registration all day until load-in begins. We may be able to move as early as 5:00 pm, plan to arrive no later than 3pm to ensure we can get you into your space. Load-in instructions with additional details coming soon.

Parking

All lower-level Power spots are now spoken for, RV and non-power lower level parking is available. Email Race@RaceWRL.com if you are interested in a lower level non-power spot or RV spot.

Vendors

trackit, Discovery Parts, Continental Tire, Drivers Eye Live, Rhino Dyno, and Racing Radios will be on-site.

Continental Service Truck Info

Continental Tire and the Track Service Crew will be once again offering sales and service at the upcoming WRL event @ Barber Motorsport Park on Feb. 26 – March 1.  Our Service Hours are listed below.

Friday       (Feb.27)

7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday  (Feb.28)

7:00 am - 6:00pm

Sunday   (March 1)

7:00 am - 12:00pm

Camping

Overnight stays in paddock $100/weekend to WRL @ Registration

HPDE

$500 -- 6 (40 min) additional sessions

ACTION ITEMS

WRL tech is annual - if you have not tech'd your car in 2026 you must submit a completed disclosure worksheet w/ dyno no later than 2/20/26 to Race@racewrl.com if competing at this event. Failure to submit by 2/20/26 may result in your car being DQ'd from podium results / points if tech cannot be completed in time. If you have already tech'd this year and do not need to make changes, no action is required.

You must bring 2 physical copies of your disclosure worksheet to tech inspection.

All drivers must be registered for the event on Motorsports Reg as well as have an up-to-date WRL membership. If you have trouble or questions with driver registration please email Registration@racewrl.com

All drivers must have a 2026 helmet sticker on their helmets. If you do not have a 2026 (26-XXXX) helmet sticker you must bring a physical copy of the form to registration along with your helmet.
