NHCFAE Familia,
Last weekend, our membership approved an important amendment to our dues structure as we continue building the next chapter of NHCFAE.
Our first phase was our name change, reflecting our growth into the National Hispanic Coalition for Aviation Excellence.
Now, we are moving into our next phase: making membership more accessible and opening more doors of opportunity for our members and the aviation community.
Effective with our new membership structure, Active/Voting Member dues are now $60 per year, payable annually upon joining or renewal.
What Current Members Need to Know
If you are currently paying automatic monthly dues through PayPal, you may cancel your recurring payment at any time this month by logging into PayPal and canceling your monthly payment subscription to NHCFAE.
On September 30, 2026, NHCFAE will cancel any remaining automatic monthly dues subscriptions in PayPal as we complete the transition to our new membership platform.
Current members may re-sign up under the new $60 annual membership at any time. However, we recommend waiting until your existing automatic PayPal dues have been canceled before signing up on the new membership platform. This will help avoid overlapping payments.
Because we are transitioning from PayPal to an entirely different collection platform, all existing members will need to sign up for membership again using our new membership application and payment processor on the NHCFAE website. Existing payment arrangements in PayPal cannot be transferred to the new payment platform.
New members can sign up now through the NHCFAE website under the new $60 annual membership.
Constitution & Bylaws Update
Updates to the NHCFAE Constitution and Bylaws reflecting the newly approved dues structure will be uploaded to the Members Page in the coming days.
This change is about more than lowering dues. The new structure is intended to remove unnecessary financial barriers to membership, make NHCFAE more competitive among national aviation organizations, and expand access to professional development opportunities for our aviation community.
More Access. More Opportunities. Stronger Together.
Thank you for your continued support and investment in NHCFAE. We are excited about this next phase and the opportunities ahead for our Familia.
Onward and upward, together!
With appreciation,
NHCFAE Executive Board
