Almost There!

We had a great response to last month's request for help buying a new vehicle for the ministry. We are less than $10,000 away from our goal. If you can help us get there, now is the time!

We have already ordered the new Hyundai Staria, and it should be here in September. Once it arrives, we will sell our 2014 Hyundai H1. If we receive more than we need, we will sell the old vehicle at a discount to another ministry. But if all we need is donated, then we will gift the van to a local church that has an active outreach program.

If you can help us with this special project, please make a donation and designate it "Where needed most." All such donations for the next month will go towards the van. Thank you!!!

Mission Team Impact
Last week we welcomed a team from Cornerstone Community Bible Church in Rosenberg, Texas. They came to work once again with Pastor Juan Carlos at Iglesia Biblica Fuente de Amor.

For three days they made house visits in the community. They prayed for those who were ill or had other needs, they shared the gospel with many, and they invited everyone to gather together on the weekend for two special events.

The first event was a children's day in the local park. Even though it was impossibly hot, the kids came and had fun. Each one heard the gospel which was presented in a special "World Cup" message.

On Sunday, we gathered in the local gymnasium for a large church service with special music. We look forward to Cornerstone's return next year!
