This program tackles the question most lawyers ask when they think about bringing AI into their practice: how do you use it without jeopardizing attorney-client privilege, privacy, and confidentiality? Corey Bieber and Sanjeev Bhasker, K&L Gates, will unpack these concerns and walk through the common AI traps that lead attorneys astray. Using the concept of "take more, give less," you'll learn how to limit the information you share with AI platforms while getting the most value from their output, and you'll leave with practical steps you can apply right away.
