UCC Yearbook Instructions

The 2025 UCC Yearbook reporting is available for access by our churches as of January 22, 2025. Our denomination exists by Covenant, by being in relationship with God and with one another. Everything begins and exists from the local level. We have chosen to be in Covenant…that is, we pray for one another and work together. Unless we work together, the church does not work well.

You may not be aware that our UCC Yearbook is a legal document. Each year the National UCC office is required to collect data from the UCC churches across the United States so that we comply and retain our umbrella 501(c)(3) status (which our churches use). Once you submit your report, the data is gathered and published in a Yearbook. When you report your church’s data the UCC Find a Church link is checked for accuracy, our records are compared to your entry and phone and email address, if necessary, are updated.

Click here to access tutorial videos. Beginning on page 9 of the “Church Instructions” you will find the worksheet which can be used before submitting your data in the UCC Database and Directories. If you prefer, fill out the worksheet and mail it to Naomi at the Conference Office. She will do the data entry for you. The deadline for churches is March 21, 2025 (midnight Eastern time).

Emails were previously sent to all churches via the email address we have on record and hard copies will be mailed to churches this week. This information has also been included in recent newsletters. In case you have not received the information you can find everything you need below.

Thank you for all your hard work in collecting and reporting. Your participation is the ONLY way our records are kept up-to-date. If you need help, please contact Naomi in the Conference Office (708-344-4470).
