HONORING JADEMAR’S LEGACY

Established in 1954 by Joseph and Olga deMartino, Jademar’s story is one of family, resilience, and vision. Through decades of growth, challenges, market changes, and industry evolution, Jademar has continued to move forward while staying rooted in the values on which it was built.


That legacy continues through Joseph A. deMartino, Jr., who is celebrating 50 years with Jademar. Since joining the family business in 1976, Joe has helped guide Jademar through some of its most important chapters.

From navigating shifting markets to advancing Jademar into LED technology and global sourcing, Joe’s leadership reflects both a deep respect for the past and a clear vision for the future.



As we celebrate Jademar’s anniversary and Joe’s years of dedication, we honor the foundation that brought us here and look ahead with confidence to the future we are continuing to build.

CELEBRATING TEAM ANNIVERSARIES

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, RAY!


This month, we celebrate Raymund Olie Zamora’s anniversary with Jademar. Since joining the team in 2024, Ray has brought creativity, technical skill, and a strong eye for design to our marketing department.



From mockups and brochures to social media content and graphics, his work continues to support and strengthen Jademar’s marketing efforts. Thank you, Ray, for all that you do!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, ANTAR!


Antarleen Ghosh joined Jademar in June 2025 as a Lighting Design Specialist. He specializes in lighting design, photometry calculations, IES file management, and sports lighting layouts across North America.


Through his work, he supports project coordination with clients and helps deliver accurate lighting solutions for a variety of applications.

Outside of work, Antarleen is a foodie who enjoys cooking and reading detective books.
