The New York Housing Conference (NYHC) is seeking input as to how New York’s Scaffold Law impacts liability insurance premiums and the cost of building, maintaining, and operating housing.
This survey will help assess the law’s impact on affordable and market-rate housing, existing co-op and condo buildings, and property owners undertaking capital repairs.
The survey takes just 5–10 minutes, and responses will remain confidential and be reported only in summary form.
