Sea Pines Trolley Service Summer Schedule Update Sea Pines Trolley service is dependent on staff members who are licensed CDL drivers; many of our trolley drivers are also employed as bus drivers for the local schools, with school resuming in early August, we are losing several trolley drivers for the season. The Red and Green Routes will end service for the season on August 14th due to driver shortages. The Blue Route will continue service from 9am-5pm through September 5th. Sea Pines CSA Beach Shuttle Continues Through Labor Day The Beach Shuttle will continue to operate from 9 AM- 5 PM, through September 5th, weather permitting.** Who can use the beach shuttle service? Sea Pines property owners Sea Pines property owners personal guests and family members Sea Pines weekly rental pass guest Long term renters and their personal guests **During hours of operation, a lot attendant will be present and day visitors will not be allowed access. Three “Class A” Residential Directors Board seats and One “Class B” Commercial Director Board seat will become available on January 1st, 2023. Important Deadline Approaching! Rice Dike Trail Remains Closed for Maintenance and Repairs The Rice Dike Trail in The Sea Pines Forest Preserve remains closed for maintenance and repairs through Monday, August 8th, weather permitting. Please be advised that the adjacent trail, Boggy Gut Trail, is a walking only trail. Bike traffic wishing to enter The Sea Pines Forest Preserve will need to use the entrance located across from Lawton Stables near Heritage Farm during this project work. Stormwater Repairs   Drainage pipe end cleaning on Stoney Creek Road near Lighthouse Road is in progress and will continue through next week, weather permitting. Stormwater Maintenance Line jetting on Governors Road will begin the week of August 1st, weather permitting. This process cleans sediment from drainage pipes to improve flow.

Tree Care Management  Roadway tree trimming along side streets off North Sea Pines Drive (Red Cardinal Road, Whistling Swan Road, Spotted Sandpiper Road) will continue through next week, weather permitting. Asphalt Repairs   Sea Pines CSA's contractor will be conducting asphalt repairs along select areas of Isle of Pines Drive, South Sea Pines Drive, Gull Point Road, and in the Lawton Woods area through next week, weather permitting. Staff will be on site to assist with traffic control, as needed.

Land Use Rules and Regulations Property Appearance Reminders

Lawns and landscaping shall be routinely cut/trimmed to maintain a neat appearance. Sea Pines Property Owners may stack their vegetative yard debris (less than 6" in diameter) at designated Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris pickup sites. Please Do NOT place other debris such as trash and doggie waste bags in the debris pickup locations.  Power washing is an effective way to refresh the look of your home, driveway, and/or fence and helps to remove any exterior mold or mildew.  To report a concern to the LUM department please use the online form at https://www.seapinesliving.com/land-use-management-submission-request/

Sea Pines CSA To Host Deep Well Donation Event

Beaufort County Mosquito Control Advisory In accordance with Federal/State regulations, please be advised Beaufort County Mosquito Control may conduct weekly aerial and/or ground treatments.
