Reimagine Boston
Main Streets
Listening Sessions
March 4th
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Reimagine Boston Main Streets is a community engagement process designed to strengthen the future of the Main Streets program through a comprehensive analysis of the program’s existing systems and resources, uses, and gaps that impact local economic growth. The City of Boston would like to hear from Main Street businesses to learn more about your need and concerns.

Please make your voice be heard in this online session. This is an opportunity to speak openly and honestly as a small business owner and someone who cares about our district.

Join us for a virtual community listening session to help reimagine Boston’s Main Streets. We will host listening sessions in every neighborhood (virtually) on a variety of topics.

Reimagine Boston Main Streets Community Survey

The City of Boston’s Office of Economic Development is in the process of reimaging its Main Streets programming. Boston Main Streets is the country’s oldest urban program of its kind. It seeks to create, build, and sustain healthy commercial districts across Boston’s neighborhoods.

As a Main Street organization, we are working with the City to help their team better understand what their Main Streets program is doing well, what could be better, and how this program can help to close the City’s racial wealth gap – all while supporting our neighborhood to maintain and enhance its unique cultures and sense of place.

This is a chance to speak up and share your opinions and ideas. It takes just a few minutes to complete this survey that asks about our district and your experience with Main Street programming. Please click here to take the survey.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the project team at ReimagineBostonMainStreet@boston.gov.
