CHAMBER NUGGET

Janet Ponichtera, Community Connections Specialist with Nelson Elder Care Law, has been involved with the Chamber for over 12 years. She really enjoyed being on the Chairman's Council for 11 years and meeting so many new people. She met Josh Nelson at a Chamber Business After Hours event about ten years ago. That connection grew over time and she has now been with Nelson Elder Care Law for over five years. Chamber connections have supported her many ways over the years.

She has two children, Kimberly and Nick, and a grandson.

Her word to describe the Chamber is "Family" while her word to describe herself is "Adaptable."

Amanda Rostin is Vice President of Lead Edge Design Group. Her favorite Chamber program or initiative is Leadership Cherokee, which is where she met her best friend six years ago and who was in her bridal party earlier this year.

When not working, Amanda is at the airport working toward her private pilot’s license, at home in Canton with her husband and three dogs, driving through the mountains, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!

Her Chamber word is "Opportunity" and the word she says describes herself is "Genuine."
