Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, members of His flock, of which Jesus is the Shepherd (John 10:16), Jesus being the first to preach His gift of repentance (Matthew 4:17), now calling on each of us also to preach repentance (Luke 24:47).
There's no shortage of blessings when a team calls for a Bible-reading Marathon in their City. May you and I pray to see if our City is called to be next; Melbourne, Australia reports great results:

Thank you for standing behind the MELBOURNE BIBLE READING MARATHON last week, it made a huge difference. Because the Canberra Declaration had arranged a 72 hour 24/7 prayer backing for the "LOVE THE NORTHERN RIVERS OUTREACH", there was a DOUBLE PRAYER FOCUS COVERING BOTH MELBOURNE AND THE LISMORE EVENTS, AND MANY ANSWERS TO PRAYER.
We have all felt that the BIBLE READING MARATHON, was a special time of preparation for the Melbourne election coming up in November, and some of the visions received by different people definitely affirmed that. Since I heard that prophetic word about "THE VEIN OVER VICTORIA"before the 2022 election, I have felt that we are fighting to STOP THE FLOW OF EVIL coming out of this VERY IMPORTANT CITY. Before Canberra was built Melbourne was actually where the FIRST PARLIAMENT WAS FORMED, and our laws were put in place.
It may seem like we are fighting a Goliath in Victoria; but WE ARE FIGHTING IN THE NAME OF THE LORD, LIKE DAVID, and in 2022 we were given the word: "VICTORY FOR VICTORIA", and the revelations below, we had during the Bible Reading Marathon, seems a "good omen"
These are some visions one intercessor saw during the MBRM
Monday 21st first time slot:As we were worshiping, I kept seeing in the Spirit a man digging. Digging and digging, he was looking for something precious. Eventually he uncovered a treasure chest, small enough to pick up and hold. When he opened it, it was a really precious treasure – I could tell this from the way he was holding the box, and looking at it with such reverence and awe. I only got a glimpse, but could see it was golden and almost giving off a glow.
Without actually seeing it properly, I knew it was the Word of God.The man carried the open box out of the garden and into the Parliament.Later, I saw the man again in the parliament, holding the treasure with incredible care, and showing it to others, saying and urging, “Look! We’ve got to pay attention to this, this is important, we’ve got to take notice of what it says”. He was urging these others over and over.
Thursday 1st October, in the afternoon, during our group’s tour of the inside of the Exhibition Building:I was seeing a man digging again, this time he was digging in the soil underneath the Exhibition building, and looking for something precious. Eventually he found what he was looking for. He picked it out of the dirt, saying, “That’s what I was looking for! It can go with the other.” (meaning the treasure box he had dug up previously). I could see it was a shining gemstone, multi-coloured, with multiple faces like a diamond. I had the sense of light emanating out of the stone.In wondering about the meaning of this, and talking to God, I felt this gemstone is really significant and has something to do with godly foundations planted during the history of the Exhibition Building. Needless to say, those godly foundations have now been transferred, along with The Word, into Parliament.
Friday 2nd October, during concluding prayer at the end of the MBRM:I could hear the words, “The Foundation Stone has been shifted!”I could see the man digging in the soil underneath the governmental buildings. This time he was making a hole and placing a large square stone block.
Then I saw Jesus walking in through the parliament chambers and down steps, to where the stone had been placed underneath the building. He went over to the stone and merged with it, sort of disappearing into it – I believe that is showing that the stone IS Jesus, THE Foundation Stone, under our Parliament.In all these visions, there was nothing to indicate whether the Parliament in the visions was Victorian or Federal – but I believe it could apply to both.May God be fully glorified in and by our Government!
Below is a brief summary of the whole 2 weeks as Sylvia shared:
Many strong intercessors attended over the 2 weeks, some attending every day, and these were 2 other visions they had:There was a HUGE ANGEL THERE, and Sylvia said that was what they had seen on Canberra Declaration as they prayed for the Marathon.
Another lady SAW A FLAMING SWORD above the place they were reading, as she came down the path towards them.Another lady told us She prays on the steps of the Parliament building on Fridays.
We were blessed with worship from Harpists on the first and last day, and a Chinese man played his Cello and read the Bible at the same time on the last day.We had prayed that not only young men but our Jewish brothers and sisters would join us in reading the Word, and God sent a Messianic believer to read a couple of chapters with us.
Many young people came, and even whole families, and an 8 year old read the bible perfectly. Our cousin Nick came back to read 3 times.
We had also prayed for different nationalities to come, and we had many join us. A Kenyan mother and daughter-in-law came to read 3 times, like Naomi and Ruth!
A lady of Ethiopian heritage, a Brazilian Carpenter, the Chinese man played his cello and others from different countries joined us and read the scriptures, some in their own language.
THE LAST DAY WAS THE BEST DAY IN SPITE OF THE RAIN.We were able to set up in the shelter of the building, and people just kept coming, all ages and nationalities. It was as if THE LORD SENT PEOPLE FROM THE WHOLE WORLD TO US.
ALL NATIONS AND AGE GROUPS WERE REPRESENTED
In the last minute a lady politician turned up, and although they had packed up, she still wanted to read a few of her favorite passages.
THE LORD CERTAINLY BLESSED US, AND ANSWERED OUR PRAYERS WAY ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS, AND WE FEEL THIS WAS A GOOD PREPARATION FOR THE ELECTION.Results seen in the city that were very special:There were 2 natural events that did not feel like a co-incidence. We had perfect sunny Spring weather for 8 days. On the 9th day we had to stop due to a massive downpour with rain continuing through Friday morning.
I think this was to send us indoors for a tour of the Exhibition Building, the seat of the 1902 revivals, as well as the opening of the Federal Parliament in 1901.
It was also for cleansing as Darren noted that everything in the streets was clean on Friday morning. The constant gentle rain falling all Friday morning represented God watereing the seed that was planted. One on site worshipper had noted earlier that “This is a seed well sown and God Himself will water it”.

The second phenomenon was an earthquake in Victoria the day after we finishedMagnitude 4.8 quake in Victoria’s south-east | 9 News Australia(The largest since the Sep 2021 quake, just 2 days after Dan Andrews declared the vaccine mandates)
And the after shocks of the earth quakes formed the shape of a cross over Victoria.
