The following interest rate change is effective for First Step loans reserved on or after 11:00 AM, March 23, 2026:
- FHA / VA / USDA to 5.75% from 5.5%
- CONV to 6.25% from 6.00%
The following interest rate change is effective for Step Up loans reserved on or after 9:00 AM, March 23, 2026:
- FHA / VA / USDA to 6.25% from 6.00%
- CONV to 6.625% from 6.375%
