The Growth Committee is working on a program to help Districts intervene with Clubs that could be in trouble. This directive to the committee came from President Tracy at the beginning of this Optimist year. The committee is trying to create a proactive approach for members of a District to get struggling Optimist Clubs back on track.
We've created a short survey to assist in this effort. This information will help guide the next steps of the process. The survey should only take 5-10 minutes, and you are encouraged to work together within your District to determine the answers to the questions.
