Meet the Manager

October 1st, 4-6pm at the Amenity Center.

Come meet your neighbors and community manager for a fun filled afternoon! We have registered with the City of Hutto. This means the Police and Fire Departments should be stopping by to let the kids ask questions and explore.

Along with NNO, we will have a Meet the Manager with your new community manager. She will host the Plant Bar where you can create your own planter.

RSVP to let us know you are joining us, as supplies will be while supplies last.

Compliance Corner

Emory Crossing's top 3 community standard issues this week are trash cans left in sight after trash day (86), landscaping (18), and unapproved architectural projects (2).

Other issues noticed is exterior maintenance. Treat vehicle oil stains ASAP to prevent permanent damage to the streets and driveway. The stucco finishes fade over time and will need to be repainted. Repainting the same color does not require architectural approval. Random items left in driveways and on porches should be removed and stored out of sight.

Please help keep our community looking amazing!

Trash days are on Monday & Tuesday.

Please store your cans out of view of streets and alleyways after your area has been serviced.

It is especially important in alleyways so everyone can safely access their home.

Need to screen your cans? Submit an Architectural Review Project. See the Design Guidelines on the 10th page of the PDF for more information.

Landscaping Reminder!

We appreciate the efforts everyone is making to maintain their yards and enhance the beauty of our community.

If you have recently received a landscaping violation notice, please take prompt action to address the issue. Once you have resolved the violation, or if you believe the notice was issued in error, kindly contact us at EmoryCrossingHOA@ccmcnet.com to update our records or discuss any concerns.

Look for the Landscaping Tips & Tricks email next week!

Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to keeping Emory Crossing a beautiful place to live.

Architectural Applications

All exterior modifications to your home require review and approval via submission of an architectural application. The application along with the Design Guidelines for modifications can be found on the Emory Crossing website, under 'Document Library - Architectural Requests.'

If you wish to submit the online application, please be sure to upload your plot plan marked to indicate the location(s) of the proposed modification(s). We also recommend attaching further details and photos along with the application.
