Updates From The Sea Pines Security Department

An Important Safety Message

The Sea Pines Security Department recently received reports of multiple car break-ins near the South Forest Beach area and in the area near the Sea Pines Ocean Gate.

Sea Pines Security reminds you to please lock your car doors and remove your personal items when away from your vehicle.

Contact the Sea Pines CSA Security Department Dispatch line at 843.671.7170 to report anything suspicious.

Update on Amazon Deliveries

CSA recently received complaints that owners where not receiving their Amazon package deliveries. It has come to our attention that Amazon has now begun providing delivery through their own branded delivery service, Amazon.

These vehicles will be allowed into the community at no charge, until a formal CSA Board decision can be made related to this new service and add Amazon as a no charge delivery service into the Sea Pines Gate Pass Policy.

Updates From The Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department

Deer Island Bridge Completed

The CSA Maintenance Department is pleased to announce that the repairs to Deer Island Bridge have been completed.

The bridge is now open to its full width. Thank you to all for your patience as CSA worked to complete this important infrastructure repair project.

Tree Work Scheduled For This Week

Weather permitting, on Thursday February 28, 2019 our tree contractor will be performing tree work in the following areas:

Sea Pines Circle- No disruption of traffic

Greenwood Dr. across from the Trolley Lot Entrance- No disruption of traffic

Greenwood Dr. and Governors Rd.- Brief alternating lane closures may take place, minor traffic delays may occur, flagmen will be present. This work will take place from approximately 930-1130 AM on 2/28/19.

Join us for an Orthopedic Health Seminar! We will be joined by Dr. Chad Zehms and Dr. George Sutherland, Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeons with Optim Orthopedics in Bluffton and Hilton Head.

Attendees will be educated on orthopedic health, injury prevention, and treatments. Event seating is limited to the first 124 Sea Pines Property Owners on a first come, first serve basis.
