We look forward to gathering on January 12th at the McKimmon Center for the launch of PQCNC clOUDI 3.0! The morning will feature an all-star lineup of speakers addressing the key elements of the 3.0 initiative.
In prepping for 3.0 Launch the need for development of an engaged team is a priority. All learning sessions will include team table time in which teams will discuss execution and next steps for advancing the clOUDi 3.0 action plan. So on January 12th the afternoon will feature one breakout room dedicated to table time for teams to consider their hospital’s plan for execution of critical elements of the 3.0 key driver diagram.
We have a number of hospitals with registered single attendees who have not yet identified a team, so our second breakout room will be focused on those hospitals with a single attendee. This breakout room will focus on challenges to forming an effective quality improvement team and potential actions we can take to support team creation.
There may be single attendees from hospitals where a team has been recognized, but only a single team member is in attendance. This situation makes it impossible to plan for execution of the clOUDi 3.0 action plan during table time. We would encourage those single attendees to consider attending the discussion session on forming teams though they might also consider early departure after lunch and working with their team members back home to get us their individualized action plan by February 1st.
