At this year's annual company banquet, we proudly recognized three individuals promoted to Associate, a title awarded to those who excel in technical expertise, client service, mentoring, and leadership, and one individual who was promoted to Shareholder for his years of services and exceptional performance.

Michelle Hughes: A cornerstone of our team, Michelle supports project management, administers HR, and drives efficiency through strategic initiatives. Her communication and leadership skills make her invaluable.

Jon Busch: A licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio, Jon has contributed to projects for Nationwide Children's, the Whitehall Police Department, The Ohio State University, and OhioHealth. He actively mentors younger staff and demonstrates excellent communication with clients and contractors.

Trevor Kuhlman: Trevor recently passed his P.E. exam and excels in project management. His project involvement includes Nationwide Children's, OhioHealth, and Global Impact STEM Academy. He also mentors high school students through the ACE Mentoring program.
Luke Harmon, Sr. Mechanical Engineer, and Project Manager, has been promoted to Shareholder for his leadership, technical expertise, mentorship, and tireless dedication toward managing large-scale projects. As our critical contact person for Nationwide Children's Hospital, Luke's work has earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike. His dedication exemplifies the values that drive our success.
