Set up your space and make sure you have what you need.
We look forward to welcoming you to campus on starting Friday, August 19. As you plan for the day, remember the following:
PRIOR TO COMING TO CAMPUS, students will check in at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum(LJVM, aka The Joel), at 2825 University Parkway, Winston Salem, NC 27105.
Check-In will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. August 19 through August 21.
Your Deacon OneCard is REQUIRED for check-in and to access your community. If you need a replacement card, Deacon OneCard staff will be on-site at the LJVM during check-in.
If you plan to arrive after 4 p.m., please let our office know by completing this After Hours Arrival form.

A reminder: pets are not allowed in residence halls unless they are a University-approved support animal. We encourage you not to bring pets during move-in.
