📍 Where: Kansas Star Event Center – Mulvane, KS
🎯 Trade Show Day: Wednesday, September 17
- Exhibiting Companies: 80+
- Expected Attendance: 300–325 participants, including CEOs, CFOs, DONs, Board Members, Purchasing Managers, and other primary decision-makers.
- A pre-registered attendee list will be emailed two weeks before the event. A final attendee list will follow within one week after the convention.
Vendor Move-In
Tuesday, September 16 | 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Please note: This is the only time available for booth setup. The Trade Show shares space with the Opening General Session, so all booths must be fully set up by Tuesday evening.
Hospitality Networking Event
Tuesday, September 16 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Casino Mezzanine
Join fellow vendors and attendees for an evening of networking, hors d’oeuvres, and drinks. All are welcome!
Trade Show Hours
Wednesday, September 17 | 10:40 AM – 1:30 PM
Following the Opening General Session, attendees will head directly to the Trade Show.
No educational sessions will be scheduled during these hours. Lunch will be provided.
