The Program Committee and Board has embraced a collaborative theme of THE CALL FOR PEACE. What will that look like throughout the levels of WILPF US?
The Biden's administration is already being assembled with pro-war, pro-Military, pro-Israel pro-Big Defense budget and pro-Big Banks folks. The same old, same old. We have our work cut out for us.
Getting all of WILPF-US on the same page can be a challenge, with so many intersecting issues commanding our energy and attention. But speaking with one voice will ensure we are a relevant part of the change that is coming, so framing well the next year of activism is an important next step.
Join the call to learn more about THE CALL FOR PEACE… and how our national issue committees are envisioning their work within this framework. We’ll want to hear too from branches about 2020 actions that went well, and what they are planning in 2021.
