Make a lasting difference for youth and young adults in our community who are experiencing homelessness!
Unhoused young people have faced years of intensified isolation from the rest of the world as a result of the pandemic. For many, re-assimilating seems an impossible hill to climb. While New Horizons is a temporary home to many who find community here unlike anything they have ever experienced, we act intentionally as a steppingstone so that re-integration is more accessible.

Please consider making a gift today as we look to a future full of promise for young people in our community who are experiencing homelessness.
Thank you for being a part of this community through the uncertainty and grief with the knowledge that better times are coming because of you and your partnership with New Horizons.
Meet Khittie
Khittie has been a part of the New Horizons community since she was 18. After a short stint experiencing homelessness with no resources, she heard about New Horizons from a couple of young adults she met.

In partnership with our Case Management team, Khittie applied for an ID and Social Security Card to make housing and employment possible. Identification can a big hurdle and the first step for young people toward stability.

Khittie recently graduated from her apprenticeship after four months of gaining work experience and growing professionally.

We are lucky to have worked with her the last few months. We will continue to steward her toward stable housing and are confident that Khittie will succeed at whatever she does and wherever she goes.
If you have any questions about your giving or the services that New Horizons offers young people in our community, please reach out to Bri Voigt, Director of Development, at briv@nhmin.org.

Thank you!
