MEET MILO & BRODIE!
These sweet golden retriever puppies are just over four months old and have been paired with two of our veteran clients. Get to know more about them below!

ORLANDO & ROGUE

Where are you from?
I'm from LasCruces, NM. The Army brought me here. My wife is still active duty and that 's why I'm still here.

What's your background?
I was in the Army from October 2007 - June 2020. I was in Iraq from 2008-2009, Afghanistan from 2010- 2011, and in Jordan in 2013. I was an MP. I was medically retired for combat related injuries.

Why do you want/need a service dog?
I can no longer be alone. When I am, I have severe panic attacks. Having a service dog helps me to not feel alone anymore. She's helped me leave the house and get out more.
Tell us about your dog!
Rogue is about to turn 2 in November. She is a Lab/Shepherd mix. She loves going for runs with me, playing fetch, sun bathing and cuddling with her brothers.

Share the Love Event® at Heuberger Subaru
We are proud to be the beneficiary of Heuberger Subaru's Share the Love Event! The Subaru Share the Love® Event, runs from mid-November 2020 to Early January 2021. Subaru of America donates $250 for every new Subaru vehicle purchased or leased to the customer's choice of charities. We are the local charity choice for Heuberger!

In honor of this upcoming Veteran's Day, we invite you to join Victory Service Dogs and PTSD Century Hikes for a 5-mile walk to remember and honor those who've served.
