Welcome to Pathways & Possibilities

The Newsletter from Pathway to Common Ground Positive Supports!

We are excited to introduce this space for sharing service updates, practical resources, learning opportunities, and ways to connect across Washington.

At P2CG, we believe that meaningful support begins with relationships. Our work is grounded in dignity, self-determination, and the belief that everyone deserves opportunities to build healthy relationships, make informed choices, and experience belonging.

Whether you're an individual receiving services, a family member, a case manager, a provider, or a community partner, we're glad you're here.

We are currently welcoming referrals for Positive Supports services in several Washington communities.

Don't see your area listed? Let's connect!

We're open to discussing service options in other Washington communities and exploring how we can help.

Join One of Our Upcoming Virtual Introduction Sessions!

What are Positive Support Services? Who can benefit? How do referrals work?

We'd love for you to join us to learn more!

Our Introduction to Positive Supports in Washington State sessions are designed to help DDA case managers, families, providers, and community partners better understand the services available and how they can support individuals with ID/DD.

During these interactive sessions, we'll explore:

  • What Positive Support Services are and who they support
  • The differences between Stabilization, Life Skills, and Staff & Family Consultation
  • How these services can address individual needs and support meaningful outcomes
  • Referral and authorization processes
  • Our person-centered, trauma-informed, and relationship-centered approach

And, of course, we'll leave time for questions, discussion, and connection!

Come say hello! Let's find some common ground together!

At Pathway to Common Ground, relationships aren't just one part of our work; they are the foundation of everything we do.

We believe people thrive when they are heard, respected, supported in their choices, and connected to the people and communities that matter to them.

Our approach is relationship-focused, person-centered, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. We strive to create opportunities for individuals to experience dignity, belonging, meaningful relationships, and self-determination.

We look forward to continuing to build common ground together.
