MICHIGAN YOGA RETREAT
Seventeen years ago I traveled to Birmingham, Michigan to take teacher training with Jonny Kest & fell in love with the Yoga community there. My dream was to someday live there (part time) & over the years after taking many Yoga teacher training sessions and bringing well over 200 yoga teachers and students to Birmingham, I finally found the perfect Retreat Home. And I look forward to sharing it with you! For more information, please click HERE. The last three weekends in July are still available, so book your weekend retreat today!

STUDIO COVID PROTOCOLS
Your safety has been and continues to be our top priority! In accordance with the new CDC guidelines, the wearing of masks will now be optional for any fully vaccinated students at any of the studio's locations. Thank you so much for your continued support and patience.

Much love,
