Hwaida Hassanein is the Owner, Founder, and Executive Director of ChildCareEd (H&H Child Care Training Center, LLC), an SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Business that has provided professional development to early childhood educators nationwide for over 20 years. With 35+ years in early childhood education, child care management, and training development, Hwaida has led the design and delivery of online and in-person learning since 2001, building standards-aligned programs grounded in adult learning principles.
Under her leadership, ChildCareEd has delivered 1M+ training hours and issued over 86,000 certifications, with approvals in multiple states, and recognitions including IACET Accredited Provider status, NWRA TOR, and CDA Training Provider authorization. Hwaida also brings extensive operational and compliance experience as a child care center director/owner since 1996. She holds a Bachelor's degree from UMBC and maintains multiple trainer approvals and credentials, including HSI First Aid/CPR instructor certification.
