Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust Announces the Acquisition of its Second Medical Office Property in North Simcoe Muskoka, Ontario Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust, has completed the purchase of a 75% interest in a medical portfolio in Barrie, Ontario. The Royal Court Medical Centre comprises three recently constructed medical buildings with 414 parking stalls on over six acres of land. Click here for the announcement.

CENTURION APARTMENT REIT AND CENTURION FINANCIAL TRUST OPEN FOR INVESTMENTS Centurion Apartment REIT is open and has been raising equity since April 1, 2020. The REIT will remain open for closings until at least the September 1, 2020 closing date to ensure advisors and investors have enough time to respond.  Centurion REOT is temporarily capped for new subscriptions as of March 2, 2020, while Centurion Financial Trust remains open for investments.
