Wishing Jim Norris a happy retirement from Link-age.
Jim Norris, Executive Director of Link-age Solutions and long-time head of Link-age's dining program, has announced his upcoming retirement, effective March 31, 2023. Jim has shared the following message with Link-age members:

"As of my retirement, I will have been with Link-age exactly 17 years and 1 month. I have been honored to be part of such a fantastic organization. It’s been exciting to see the growth of Link-age Solutions, but I am especially proud of my collaborated efforts in building a successful dining program going back to the very beginning.

Through this time, we have accomplished major goals, such as moving from sole-source to dual-source in food service distribution and the addition of our Food Buy partnership in 2010. These moves have been real game changers in our mission to bring the ultimate dining value to all Link-age members.

At the end of day, my time has been focused on people and the relationships that have meant so much to me. I have had the pleasure of teaming with a Link-age team that has committed itself to positive performance for all Link-age stakeholders. Last, but certainly not least, I owe an abundance of gratitude to the many Link-age member dining professionals that have touched my life in so many ways. The members are the true backbone of Link-age!

It’s been a great ride…thank you!"

Join us in wishing Jim a very happy retirement. Jim can be reached at jnorris@linkageconnect.com.
