OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

SHOEBOXES AVAILABLE

THIS SUNDAY

RETURN BY NOVEMBER 15

It’s all about Jesus and it’s all about packing an Operation Christmas Child shoebox! Your shoebox will be an expression of God’s love to a child and may be the only gift he or she receives. Shoeboxes will be available starting Sunday October 18 and must be returned by November 15. Bless a child and fill a shoebox either in person or online. Questions, call Judy Corcoran at 703-314-9857.

NEW SONG SUNDAY

“THE LORD WILL PROVIDE”

“The Lord Will Provide” is a beautiful reminder that we don’t have to carry every worry or figure everything out on our own. God sees what we need, remains faithful through every season, and provides in ways we may not always expect. It’s a song of trust, surrender, and confidence in His goodness.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER

FOR THE PERSECUTED CHURCH

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1

Each year, Christians around the world unite to pray for those who face persecution because of their faith in Jesus Christ. The annual International Day of Prayer is an opportunity for the global church to remember those who suffer, hear their stories and internationally lift their needs before God.  During our service on November 1, we will take a moment to pray for those being persecuted. Also, materials will be available after the service in the lobby with additional information to help you learn more about this important subject.
