City Stage Company Holding Auditions

City Stage Company is bringing Mart Crowley’s groundbreaking queer classic, The Boys in the Band, to the Seven Angels Theatre stage this November. It’s a story about desire, cruelty, and barbed truths, set at one birthday party in 1968 New York. Nine men walk in. Every one of them will be forced to look into the mirror, or break it. It’s sharp, it’s funny, and it’s dangerous in all the right ways. We’re looking for performers who aren’t afraid to go there with it.

Tues., Oct. 27: 7–9 pm Chase Park House, Wtby. Ages 16+

What to bring:

◆60-sec. cut of a monologue

◆Headshot and résumé

◆Be ready to read sides

Rehearsals begin Nov. 12
