A family of six loved their Chevy Chase home, but they had outgrown the way it lived. They needed more bedrooms, more room to gather, dedicated spaces for the kids, and a home that could better support everyday family life. Rather than simply adding square footage, Tabor Design Build reimagined how the entire home could work for them. A three-story addition and whole-home renovation created space where it mattered most, transforming the home from the basement to the second floor while preserving the character that made it feel like home in the first place.
See how thoughtful design, creative problem-solving, and a clear understanding of the family’s needs brought this Chevy Chase transformation to life.
