Dear Friend of Beth-El,
Because of you, families had food on their tables.
Because of you, parents had resources to care for their children with dignity.
Because of you, farmworker families found not only help — but hope among friends.
Today, I am honored to share our 2025 Impact Report with you.
This report is more than numbers. It tells the story of a quiet ministry.
No spotlight. No pomp and circumstance. Just steady, faithful presence.
And that presence matters.
While immigration enforcement policies created fear and instability in our community, we walked alongside families directly impacted. We offered meaningful accompaniment — listening, guiding, connecting, and standing with them in moments of uncertainty.
Inside the report, you will see:
- How many families received food and essential items
- How children experienced Christmas joy through parent choice
- How volunteers gave their time and heart
- How families moved from crisis toward greater stability
Every number represents a real person. A real struggle. A real act of care.
This report is not just about what happened. It is about what comes next.
Costs are rising. Work is unstable. Housing is fragile. More families are asking for help.
Because you helped build a strong foundation, we are ready — not only to respond, but to grow.
As we launch this report, I invite you to invest in the next chapter.
Will you consider making a special gift to deepen our impact in 2026?
Your gift today will help us:
- Increase access to food and essentials
- Strengthen belonging and community-building
- Expand volunteer capacity
- Respond quickly when families face crisis
You have already shown what is possible.
Now we can build on that momentum — together.
Thank you for standing with us.
Thank you for believing in dignity.
Thank you for being part of this story.
With gratitude and hope,
Dr. Teresita Matos-Post
Executive Director
Beth-El Farm Worker Ministry
P.S. As you read the report, I hope you see yourself in it — because none of this would be possible without you.
