Deal Closed-now what?
-Deposit the check(s) from the title company into our commission account number (ending in 6474), at any BB&T/ Truist Bank.
-Upload the ALTA & bank receipt into the Paperless Pipeline transaction.
-Email Michelle to alert her it's complete.
-Leave the transaction in Pending status.
That's It!
You do not have to close the transaction.
Once the ALTA and bank commission deposit receipts are reviewed, & all the required paperwork is received, Michelle will change the status to Closed and send it over to Lenny to be paid out.
You will be alerted via email
when your payment is processed.

If you do not attend the closing:
-Before closing, alert the title company that you will not be attending. Request that the ALTA be emailed to you & the checks be sent to our Exton office.
-On closing day, upload the ALTA into the Paperless Pipeline transaction.
-Leave the transaction in Pending status.
-When we receive the check in the mail, our Finance Director will deposit it & notify our Compliance Director.
You will be alerted via email
when your payment is processed.

New Listing Landing Page
automatically created
Chime has added a new feature that will automatically create a landing page with your new listing. This does require your Agent ID added to your integrated MLS. It is also required to have an active Chime website as well, this can be a team website, an agent website, or an agent subdomain. When a new listing is created, it will be generated as the "Single Property Promotion" template. You will also receive an email alerting you to the creation, and also supply you with the link to the new landing page, also under your landing pages, you will be able to distinguish these from other pages from the "A" icon at the end of the name of the landing page which was generated.
