We are happy to share that Dr. Emily Bielen, D.D., will be working alongside our CEO Elizabeth Steele and Board of Directors to continue the transformation and growth of our mission.

As the head of marketing and program management for global industry leaders in behavioral healthcare, Emily's wealth of experience includes brand marketing, business development, and digital lead acquisition. Emily will be leading our admissions and marketing team to rekindle industry confidence, referral relations, and continued brand recognition.

Emily holds a Doctorate of Divinity from the University of Sedona. Prior to attending Columbia University’s School of Social Work in New York City, she graduated from New York University with her B.A. in Metropolitan Studies. Emily has lived and worked in New York City, Connecticut, London, and Newport Beach, California. She currently lives with her four beautiful children and

devotes her everyday work to her calling to elevate the consciousness of our world.

We're grateful Emily is part of our leadership team as we continue our 45th year of saving the lives of women of all ages, women with children and pregnant women affected by alcoholism, other addictions and related issues.

NDFW has been part of my ecosystem since I started in the addiction treatment field over fifteen years ago.

I've referred patients, consulted on their internal systems buildout, supported the philanthropic foundation at their annual Circle of Life Breakfast events, and now I am helping the organization upgrade to its highest potential in the area of marketing and admissions.

I've also worked closely with NDFW's CEO Elizabeth Steele for over 10 years! In fact, I helped to hire her out of Hazelden Betty Ford's Graduate School of Addiction Studies for her first clinical role in the field.

A decade later, I am proud to stand beside her leadership and strategic mindset.

We are bringing aboard an amazing team of individuals that will support the future success of NDFW and the women and families we serve.
