BIENNIAL REPORTING | DUE APRIL 1, 2027



Every two years (on the odd years) the Nebraska Secretary of State requires Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) to complete their Biennial Reporting by April 1st. 

Limited Liability Partnerships are required to file every year by April 1st. 

If your annual/biennial report is not timely filed with the Secretary of State, your company will be dissolved (inactivated). Additionally, without an active LLC, your s-corporation status will be invalid and you will not be eligible for the associated tax benefits.
