Deferred Compensation Data for HOS
Using the NAIS/DASL database, the median deferred compensation for HOS based on reported data from 613 schools across the country was $20,500.00.
The data showed that deferred compensation typically increased with enrollment ranging from a median of $11,599 for HOS at schools with under 201 students to $30,000 for HOS at schools with over 700 students.
HOS at boarding/day schools typically had higher deferred compensation than day and day/boarding schools with a median of $32,077 vs 20,000 and $24,400 respectively.
The DASL report below provides deferred compensation comparisons based on school type, gender, grade level, school enrollment, and geographic region.
